Freya and the Crimson Authority event

What is actually dated

A community update log dates 29 August 2026 as the Crimson Authority note: Freya, a new weapon, and a roguelike hunt mode during CBT3. Element and rarity on the character index are Fire and SSR, from that one index.

Availability and name matching

Freya is an adventurer entry in the Fextralife companion list and the community character index. Crimson Authority is the name attached to her historical event coverage. Keeping those two names distinct prevents an event search from being mistaken for a second playable person.

The absence of a Freya profile on the English official homepage does not prove that she cannot be obtained in the game. It means that this particular official roster does not confirm the community entry. Her current recruitment method, pool dates and availability by regional edition remain unspecified in the checked sources.

Use the great-sword page for the weapon overview and the banner page for the difference between historical events and current launch activities. A closed-test ranking is useful as a dated opinion, but cannot establish today’s balance or a guaranteed recruitment outcome. Fire and SSR are attributed to the community index and remain unverified beyond that upstream source.
