I do not have a screenshot of every settings row. Game8’s launch review is the source for graphics and frame-rate options existing. A 60 FPS mode was still being optimized in a June plan, with no device list.
What is safe to say
Controller settings are a separate page: Combat, Environment, and System appear on one community guide, while the official quote still says model support is unpublished. Graphics options and a frame-rate choice are mentioned by Game8. The checked sources provide no device-by-device sustained 60 FPS measurements.
Choose a setting without a fabricated benchmark
Use the graphics and frame-rate controls actually available on your device. An OS minimum is an installation requirement, not a guarantee of a particular frame rate. The 60 FPS development note is historical and does not establish current support on a named phone.
